30 Days Free Returns

ME+EM offers 30 Days Free Returns on eligible items. To qualify, your return request must be started within 30 days of receiving your order.

Customers must contact our customer service team before sending any item back. Returns sent without contacting customer service first may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for return, items must meet the return condition requirements below.

  • The item must be returned within the 30-day return window.
  • The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • The item must be returned with original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories where applicable.
  • The item must not show signs of wear, fragrance, makeup, deodorant marks, stains, damage, or alteration.

Return Shipping Cost

ME+EM provides 30 Days Free Returns for eligible returns started within the return window and approved through our customer service process.

Return shipping instructions will be provided after you contact customer service. Returns sent without prior approval or without following the provided instructions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return for hygiene, condition, or product-specific reasons.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items missing original tags, labels, packaging, or included accessories
  • Items marked as final sale, where applicable
  • Gift cards or digital products, where applicable
  • Items returned without first contacting customer service

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will review whether it meets our return eligibility requirements.

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 3–15 days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchange availability depends on current stock and item eligibility. If an exchange is not available, we may provide return instructions so you can return the eligible item and place a new order.

Damaged or Wrong Items
